1. Eligibility for Returns
General Eligibility
All products sold at Brush and Blocks.com are covered under our 7 Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, like following:
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, jewellery, fabric lengths less than 2.5 meter.
Damaged or Defective Items
- ·Please keep in mind that any print or weave irregularities and inconsistencies that you may find are natural part of its unique and hand crafted chrematistics. And the same will not be considered as defect.
- Any quality claim is limited only to cost of the item, Brush and Blocks is not responsible for reimbursement of any other charges (example: stitching etc.)
- If you receive a damaged or defective item with any issue other than as mentioned above, Please contact us within [48 hours] of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

2. Return Process
We tried to make the return process as simple and straightforward as much as possible. Follow the steps below to initiate a return:
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
- a. Contact Customer Support through email or What’s App as mentioned above , within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- b. You can also reply to any of the emails received by you from Brush and Blocks and someone shall speak to you and register your request.
- c. The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return charges are payable by Brush and Blocks for domestic (India) shipments and by customer for International shipments.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Ensure that the Return number is clearly marked on the package. Which will be provided to you by our Customer Support

- If return location of the shipment is India, Brush and Blocks will pay the return shipping. We will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift coupon, which can be used in any of your next purchases on Brush and Blocks website.
- If return location of the shipment is outside India, Brush and Blocks will not be paying the return shipping charges. We can offer refund/replacements once products are received back into our warehouse. We strongly recommend you to choose carefully before making an international order as returns may be not very cost effective.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- ·Return Shipping: Schedule a pickup as instructed by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow [5-7 business days] for the return to be processed.

- Return Status: You can track the status of your return by contacting our customer support team. We try to process all returns as quickly as possible, but during peak seasons, processing times may be bit longer.
Step 5: Refund or Replacement

- Refund Processing: If a refund is requested, it will be issued to the original payment method within [10 business days] of return confirmation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If for some reason the amount cannot be refunded to original payment method, we will ask for bank details of customer to initiate refund through bank transfer.
- Replacement: If you requested a replacement, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for items that meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Non-Refundable Charges

- Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may agree to submit the dispute to mediation with a neutral third party. Mediation is a voluntary process and can be a more cost-effective and timely alternative to litigation.
Arbitration
- Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
- Final and Binding Decision: The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Exclusions
- ·Small Claims: Either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction, without first resorting to arbitration or mediation.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
